The fundamentals of my work as professional freelance translator
are:
QUALITY: When I accept
an assignment, I do because I know that I can deliver the best Spanish
version for it. I work not only with words, but mostly with meanings.
My ultimately goal is that the translation of your text can be read
as it were originally written in Spanish. I strive to preserve the
style of the source text, especially in advertising documents.
CONFIDENCIALITY: All translations
I undertake are considered as ‘confidential’, even if
there is not a non-disclosure agreement signed. That is why you
will not see corporative names in a 'CLIENTS' section of this website.
Upon request, however, I can give some references.
RESPONSIBILITY: I do not
accept assignments that are beyond my capabilities, in terms of
turnaround time, subject, or file format. Moreover, I do not subcontract
translators for a given project without the approval of the client.
DEPENDABILITY: Once
I established a professional relation with a client, I do my best
to fulfill every translation requirement. Your assignment is as
important when in the translation stage as in the after sale stage.
